About Me

From Welder to B2B SaaS Entrepreneur

2013
Welder Days

Starting as a Welder

Yep, that's me... In 2013 I began in the industrial sector as a welder and mechanical engineer, I didn't understand life really and just went with what life threw at me. (picture taken at RDM Rotterdam)

Engineering Days

Mechanical Engineering University Degree

From 2013-2017 I was always hungry for more, studied my ass off and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Back then I still didn't know what I wanted to do, so I took the broadest physics/math related degree so I could decide later...

Mech Engineering job

Full-time Mechanical Engineer R&D

In 2018, The company I started working at asked me to learn Unity/C# programming to develop Virtual Reality applications for their engineering purposes and introduce it into the company. Despite having no prior programming experience, the company gave me the opportunity to learn while doing research (absolutely loved how they gave me this chance, literally hired me with 0 knowledge of programming). This is where I found out I love programming more than Mechanical Engineering and regretted studying 4-5 years for the degree.

20182019

Game Development

I quit the job and decided to self-study Computer Science (didnt wanna go for another 4-year degree and waste my time) and start out with Game Dev because I had already started out with C# and Unity. Spent 2 years learning and making small indie games. Only reached like $30 mrr.

Software Engineering

To Software Engineer

In 2022, I quit game development due to the low salaries and job opportunities in my area. I pivoted into Software Engineering and Web Development, which was the best decision of my life. I started learning TypeScript, React, Node.js, and database technologies and I finally got a nice job offer with a monthly salary of €2,600.

B2B Success

Job Hopping and Negotiating

Within 2 years of starting as a Software Engineer, I managed to job hop and negotiate my salary from €2600 to €4450+.

20242025
Full-time Indie Maker

Quit and went full-time indiemaker / solopreneur

I decided I don't want to work for someone else anymore in a ridiculous 9-5 job so I quit and decided to go indie/solopreneur fulltime. I was a fool and made relatively helpful B2C products, but I sucked at marketing and sales, I didn't even have a big social media following that I could make use of, so I decided to make B2B products instead and that changed my life. I started 2 Software Engineering companies and at the time of writing (02-02-2025) theyre both earning $50k ARR. I would not have been able to reach this without my previous 10 years of experience on development, programming, managing, business, marketing, sales, negotiation, etc.

Ready to start your B2B Journey and ditch your B2C products?

Let me help you avoid the mistakes I made. B2B is much easier to sell to, and the strategy is completely different. I explain everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - in my handbook. Learn how I gather information about company directors to build rapport and sell my product, how I identify their problems, how I solve those problems (for both developers and non-coders!), how I negotiate, how I upsell, the sneaky tricks I use, determine if a certain B2B niche is worth it etc. You're going to LOVE becoming the Saul Goodman of your field.
